1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7sjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 7sjl Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7sjl Platform — including but not limited to the 7sjl brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7sjl Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 7sjl Platform without prior written consent from 7sjl Casino.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7sjl Casino shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7sjl Casino's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 7sjl Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7sjl Casino from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
